The retail plaza, consisting of 28,000 s/f on 3.92 acres, is located at 199 Shunpike Rd. Vinci represented both the seller of the property, 199 Shunpike Road, LLC, and the buyer, JMM Properties, LLC. of Hamden, Conn.
