Vinci of Pearce Real Estate sells SCB Plaza for $2.45 million

Cromwell, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Virginia Vinci, senior commercial associate in the company’s Rocky Hill commercial office, has sold SCB Plaza for $2.45 million.  The retail plaza, consisting of 28,000 s/f on 3.92 acres, is located at 199 Shunpike Rd.  Vinci represented both the seller of the property, 199 Shunpike Road, LLC, and the buyer, JMM Properties, LLC. of Hamden, Conn.

Vinci joined Pearce as a commercial associate in 1991 and has received annual awards for her outstanding achievement in commercial real estate.
