Vision 3 Architects designs 3,200 s/f

As part of a continuing effort to establish a new brand identity, BayCoast Bank and Vision 3 Architects partnered to renovate and expand their existing branches and design a new 3,200 s/f interior contemporary banking concept based on a "pod" design. Vision 3 Architects' design continues to embrace BayCoast's new brand identity and features a multiple lane drive thru and an open-concept floor plan including a technology bar and a Smart ATM. The branch offers new technology through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), providing a higher level of customer service and enabling the bank to offer extended hours.

Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay handles $9.5m Belmont Portfolio sale

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
