Vision 3 Architects designs Big East Conference headquarters

The Big East Conference has selected Vision 3 Architects to design their new headquarters in the 135,000 s/f Gateway Center building, previously known as the American Express Building, situated between the Amtrak train station and the Blue Cross building. Founded in Providence in 1979, the Big East Conference is comprised of 16 colleges and universities.
According to previously published reports the Big East will occupy 32,000 s/f.
Vision 3 Architects will provide architectural and interior design services for the project that involves renovations to the third floor of the Gateway Center.
The general contractor is Graham Builders.
The new space will be designed to reflect the image of the Big East. The design will provide a reception area and private offices encompassing each of the seven departments.
