Providence, RI According to Vision 3 Architects Stephen Amoroso, Stephanie Paolino and James Hughes have been promoted to associate.

Amoroso has been with Vision 3 for over 19 years and has experience with various project types. He has developed a specialized expertise in food-service design for education facilities. His experience includes a detailed knowledge of food service operations, design, and equipment layout.

Paolino leads the healthcare team with her recently earned credentials of Evidence Based Design (EBD) Accreditation and certification by the National Center for Health Design. She is working on the recently awarded Thundermist Health Center facility renovation in Woonsocket and University Medicine’s new medical office building in East Providence.

Hughes has over 17 years at Vision 3 and leads the corporate office team. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is responsible for the integration of energy conservation and sustainable design principles throughout the design process. He acts as an in-house code consultant.
