Waldman & Associates and Allworth Realty co-broker $2.39 million sale
Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates and Meghan Brescia of Allworth Realty have co-brokered the sale of Forbes Square at 1235 Wampanoag Trail (Rte. 114) for $2.39 million.
Waldman represented the seller, Ken Dulgarian of Harrison Properties, LLC. Brescia procured the buyer, Lenny Brescia of Southwest Properties, LLC.
Forbes Sq. is a 22,500 s/f multi-tenanted retail plaza that has frontage on Forbes St. as well as Wampanoag Trail.
Southwest Props. will add Forbes Sq. to its portfolio of retail properties located in Mass. and N.H. The transaction was completed without financing.
Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond. The combined offering totals 21,083 s/f with 14 individual units ranging in size from roughly 4,063 s/f to 485 s/f within two interconnected buildings. The space is approved for medical, professional office, and general office, among other uses.
