Waldman & Associates and Allworth Realty co-broker $2.39 million sale

Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates and Meghan Brescia of Allworth Realty have co-brokered the sale of Forbes Square at 1235 Wampanoag Trail (Rte. 114) for $2.39 million. Waldman represented the seller, Ken Dulgarian of Harrison Properties, LLC. Brescia procured the buyer, Lenny Brescia of Southwest Properties, LLC. Forbes Sq. is a 22,500 s/f multi-tenanted retail plaza that has frontage on Forbes St. as well as Wampanoag Trail. Southwest Props. will add Forbes Sq. to its portfolio of retail properties located in Mass. and N.H. The transaction was completed without financing.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
