Walker of Brixmor Property Group leases 2,500 s/f at Lunenburg Crossing
According to Brixmor Property Group, a 2,500 s/f Verizon Wireless recently opened at Lunenburg Crossing located north of I-190 on Mass. Ave. (Rte. 2A) at the intersection of Electric Ave. (Rte. 13). Mike Alberico of Eastern Retail Properties, Braintree represented Verizon Wireless. Brixmor is the owner of Lunenburg Crossing and was represented by Michael Walker with Brixmor.
In another transaction, a 1,500 s/f lease has been executed with Motherhood Maternity at Waterford Commons located in the northeast corner of I-95 and I-395 junction, on Hartford Tpke. south of Cross Rd. in Waterford, Conn. Adam Zeiberg and Patrick Wood of Crown Retail Services, New York, N.Y. represented Motherhood Maternity. Brixmor is the owner of Waterford Commons and was represented by Glenn Weisiger with Brixmor.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
