The Washington Trust Company's commercial real estate group recently provided $12 million in financing to Billchelm Realty, LLC and Billchelm Realty 70, LLC, for the acquisition of two office/R&D buildings located at 60 and 70 Codman Hill Rd., totaling 143,000 s/f.
Billchelm Realty, LLC and Billchelm Realty 70, LLC are managed by Atlantic Tambone Real Estate & Development of Lynnfield. Atlantic Tambone is a Massachusetts real estate development company which has developed and managed a portfolio in New England and Florida. Principals of Atlantic Tambone are Robert Tambone, president, and Anthony Tambone, executive vice president.
