Norwood, MA Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $15.4 million to a Massachusetts-based developer for the acquisition of a 130,000 s/f office building. Located at the intersection of Rte. 1 and University Ave., the property includes 24 acres across three continuous parcels. The building, constructed in 1980, spans the property and contains 132,457 s/f  of office space as well as an on-site café and gym.
