Washington Trust provides $2.9 million in financing to Blackstone Centre

Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $2.9 million to Blackstone Centre, L.P., for the refinancing of a 27,000 s/f office building in Lincoln, RI. The property, which was constructed in 1998, is currently occupied by CVS Health, which utilizes the space for the corporation's customer service operations and call center. Blackstone Centre was developed and is managed by FH French Real Estate, a property development company specializing in investment opportunities throughout southern New England.
