Washington Trust provides $250,000 financing for Whispering Pines' Ashaway Pines project

The Washington Trust Co.'s commercial and industrial lending group provided $250,000 in financing to Whispering Pines Corp. LLC for the Ashaway Pines project, a recreational-vehicle park development at the Whispering Pines Campground. "Over the years, Whispering Pines has earned a reputation as a well-run, family-oriented facility," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president and CEO. The Whispering Pines Campground on Rte. 138, consists of 50 acres, including 253 campsites, a recreation hall and swimming pool.
