Washington Trust provides $4 million in financing for 92,592 s/f

Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $4 million in refinancing for 327 Main Ave., a 92,592 s/f mixed-use property. The property currently has eight tenants and is anchored by a CVS Pharmacy. "The property was totally renovated in 2002 and has a healthy mix of tenants. It is conveniently located along Rte. 7 and is surrounded by other retail, office and residential properties," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president and CEO. Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provides mortgages for the construction, refinancing or purchasing of investment real estate projects.

Sullivan & Sullivan brings 14 Class A office condos to auction

Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond.
