Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group has negotiated the $4.7 million sale of the Comfort Inn. The firm represented Butson Lincoln, LLC as the seller with Amba Hotel, LLC as the buyer. A creative short-term lease was structured so that the buyer could operate the property during the summer months with the final transfer of title taking place in September. The transaction was financed through Northway bank.
The Comfort Inn is located at 21 Railroad St. The large four-story building offers 81 interior corridor rooms and amenities. The transaction was negotiated by the Wason Assoc. team of Joe Cardillo, broker associate and Peter Annon, CPA.
"The seller and buyer of the Comfort Inn were thrilled with the outcome of the creative structure of the negotiations overseen by Wason Associates," said Earle Wason, president. "This is an extraordinary location nestled in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains that hosts tourists year round."
Offering advisory services to both buyers and sellers, Wason Assoc.provides a client-centric approach to problem-solving, financial advising, and transaction execution.
