Waters of Lang McLaughry brokers lease to Lebanon Diner
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial negotiated a long-term lease with Lebanon Diner, LLC on Hanover St. Renovations were completed for the new restaurant, which will be owned and operated by Andy Hill and Karen Liot-Hill.
Lang McLaughry represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
