Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL brokered a long-term lease between Alex Dulac and Premier Plumbing Supply, Inc., the parent company of Lebanon Plumbing Supply.
The new business will occupy 13,000 s/f of space, which has been known as the Dulac Hardware Store on Mechanic St.
Waters said, "It will be great to see the facility, once again servicing the needs of the community and local contractors in need of the service."
Dulac Hardware and Custom Wood Making Shop remains on the property and is fully operational for its customer needs.
The services provided by Dulac Hardware the new Lebanon Plumbing Supply will be synergistic for both business markets.
The facility is currently being redesigned by the Randall Mudge Architectural firm and should be fully operational in February.
Premier Plumbing Supply has 8 other locations throughout Vermont, Mass. and N.H.
