Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 4,020 s/f
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, completed a 4,020 s/f lease for 23 Elm St. to Artemis Global Art.
Artemis Global Art will occupy the entire building with street
level and upper level gallery space.
Renovations are ongoing with plans to open this fall.
Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the owner, James Williamson and assisted the tenant in collaboration with Eric Johnston, a colleague broker in the Lang McLaughry Real Estate office.
