Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, sold 7.38 acres in the newly approved Plaza Heights Business Park.
The land, once a working gravel pit, has been reclaimed and converted to a five lot industrial subdivision.
The property was purchased by Westco Development, a preferred developer for Federal Express Ground. Westco will be responsible for an extensive infrastructure improvement and the construction of the 40,000 s/f new Federal Express Ground facility.
Many local contractors will be involved in the project.
Existing tenants in the Plaza Heights Business Park are: United Rentals, Sullivan Tire and A.H. Harris.
LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL represented the seller, Carl Moulton.
According to Grafton County records, the sale was $1.586 million.
