Waters of Lang McLaughry leases yoga space at Junction Mktpl.
White River Junction, VT Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial negotiated a long term lease with Bikram Upper Valley, LLC for a yoga studio at the Junction Marketplace. The "hot yoga" studio will be operated by Allie Foy.
Lang McLaughry represented the landlord Execusuite LLC and assisted the tenant.
