Waters of Lang McLaughry sells 14,000 s/f 91 Mechanic Street for $1.55 million

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, completed the investment purchase of 91 Mechanic St., a retail specialty facility, by Mechanic Landing, LLC, an investment real estate holding company. 91 Mechanic St. was known locally, for many years, as the Daniels Moving and Storage facility until the business was sold in the early 1990s. Since that time, owner Guy Daniels of Lebanon, NH, repurposed the building into a specialty retail facility, combining the business needs of tenants seeking a "retail" presence, with a need for large inventory storage. The facility is 14,000 s/f. In accordance with the records of Grafton County, the purchase price was $1.55 million.
