Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases 1,200 s/f
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated a 1,200 s/f long term lease between Princeton Realty Holdings, Landlord and Community Tax Prep, LLC, Tenants at 55 Main St.
The space was completely renovated for the tenants' needs by Princeton Realty Holdings, the owner/landlord.
McLaughry represented the landlord and R.E. Haynes consulted for the tenant.
