Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases 3,000 s/f to Birth of the Blues
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, recently signed a lease between Birth of the Blues and Glen Road Plaza. Birth of the Blues, which has been owned and operated by Dave Helmberg for over two decades in the Upper Valley and Barre, Vt., will relocate to a larger facility from the K-Mart Plaza to the GlenRoad Plaza in early 2010. The new store will have 3,000 s/f of apparel, jackets, accessories and related general merchandise.
Birth of the Blues joins other retailers including Illuminations, Country Cobbler, Hobbies and Things, Triple Play and others in the 40,000 s/f mixed-use Glen Road Plaza.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
