Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the lease between owners of the Staples Plaza and My Play Space, an interactive play and educational environment for pre-school children and their parents.
My Play Space will be in a 2,500 s/f newly renovated suite near Lindt Chocolate Company, Staples, Pier 1 and BJ's Wholesale, Best Buy and many grocery stores within the Rte. 12-A area.
My Play Space is currently being remodeled and equipped and has a planned opening in early 2010.
