Waters of McLaughry Commercial leases 2,500 s/f to My Play Space

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the lease between owners of the Staples Plaza and My Play Space, an interactive play and educational environment for pre-school children and their parents. My Play Space will be in a 2,500 s/f newly renovated suite near Lindt Chocolate Company, Staples, Pier 1 and BJ's Wholesale, Best Buy and many grocery stores within the Rte. 12-A area. My Play Space is currently being remodeled and equipped and has a planned opening in early 2010. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
