Waters of McLaughry Commercial sells 10,000 s/f for $1.075 million

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, sold 63 Evans Dr. to Dr. Daniel Kelly et al. Kelly will convert the former Honda ATV and motorcycle sales/service building to an emergency care veterinarian clinic. Peter Mazzilli Const renovated the 10,000 s/f facility, located on a 2.97-acre site off of exit 20 of I-89. Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank provided acquisition financing. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the seller, BTG Properties #21, LLC and helped facilitate the sale for the buyer. In accordance with the records of Grafton County, the purchase price was $1.075 million.
