Waters of McLaughry leases 1,500 s/f off. space

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the lease signing for 1,500 s/f to Vermont Center for Ecostudies. The new office is located on the upper level of the Miller and Candon Office Building at the corner of Rte. 5 and Palmer Court. Waters said, "The facility offered private office space, converted to larger group areas and with easy access and amenities for staff and visitors. It was a good fit for the tenant's program." McLaughry Comm'l. represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
