Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the long term lease with the Nanopoulus family for space at Glen Road Plaza for a new restaurant.
The 1,500 s/f space, which was formerly Domino's Pizza, is being completely renovated with new décor and equipment.
Ernie Nanopoulus said, "We currently have several successful shops in the Upper Valley and have always been seeking the right spot in West Lebanon. When the spot at the Glen Road Plaza opened up, it was a natural for our family expansion."
Waters said, "The Glen Road Plaza is a convenient service to the local community, but also the transient customer off of the Interstate."
The name of the restaurant will be Parthenon House of Pizza and Restaurant and is expected to open this month.
The Glen Road Plaza will now offer a variety of lunch and dinner opportunities with the new Pizza Shop, Subway sandwiches and Men-At-Wok, all within the Plaza.
McLaughry Comm'l. represents the Glen Road Plaza and assisted the Nanopoulus family with the lease.
McLaughry Commercial has been servicing the needs of the Upper Valley commercial real estate market for over 40 years with its principal office in West Lebanon.
