Waters of McLaughry leases 1,750 s/f to Technically-Sound

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the 1,750 s/f long term lease between Technically-Sound, LLC and 30 Airport Road, LLC. 30 Airport Rd. is a 15,000 s/f professional office building. Waters said, "30 Airport Rd. is now fully occupied and includes other tenants such as the dental practice of Dr. Bruce Feldstein and Comcast Spotlight. Cole Electric Company and Domus Construction will be doing minor renovations to the space for Technically-Sounds needs. McLaughry represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
