Waters of McLaughry sells 26 acres to Inner Traditions, Bear & Co.

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial sold a 26 acre commercial parcel, located on State Rte. 66 to Inner Traditions, Bear & Company.
Inner Traditions is one of the oldest and largest publishers devoted to the spiritual and healing traditions of the world with corporate headquarters in Rochester, VT.
Inner Traditions conducted a long site search for the right property to construct their new distribution and fulfillment facility.
The new facility has received all necessary permits and will be approximately 40,000 s/f. According to Pat Harvey, spokesperson for Inner Traditions, "The building will be built using as many "green" design and architectural features as possible. We will also continue to share the site with traditional Vermont uses, such as snowmobile club access and local hay cutting."
Randolph National Bank financed the transaction and will provide construction funds.
According to the records of the town of Randolph, the sale of the land was for $350,000.
The property was owned by Mowatt Trust.
McLaughry Comm'l. represented the seller and assisted the buyer.
