Waterstone holds groundbreaking for 115,000 s/f shopping center

Waterstone, a Needham, Massachusetts-based real estate company, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on April 30 for a 115,000 s/f shopping center. Known as Scarborough Gallery, the new retail center will feature Home Goods, Marshalls, Pet Smart and Bob's Discount Furniture as anchor tenants. Scarborough Gallery serves the growing and affluent southern Maine market area. This market area includes Maine's largest population base, including Portland, the state's largest city. The new retail center joins Lowe's, Wal-Mart, and Red Robin on Gallery Blvd. Scarborough Gallery will open this fall. Additional space is available.
