Weichert Realtors Points East Properties sells Seabrook Beach rest.
Weichert Realtors, Points East Properties brokered the sale of the Top of the Harbor restaurant on Ocean Blvd. in Seabrook Beach to new owners Ted Mountzuris and John Dussi. Fred Attala and Julie Porter represented the seller and worked with the buyers to complete the sale. The new owners have changed the theme, menu and name of the restaurant to Castaways with a new seafood menu. The restaurant is now open for business.
