Weldon joins Winthrop Real Estate Solutions, LLC as president

According to Winthrop Real Estate Solutions, LLC, a full-service commercial mortgage brokerage company, Howard Weldon has joined the firm as president. Weldon is responsible for the development of creative mortgage financing solutions for owners, developers and investors of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Winthrop Real Estate Solutions, Weldon worked at WEL-DONe Real Estate Financial Services, Inc., where he was responsible for residential and land development financing, providing pre-sold, model, land development, office building and apartment financing to builders and developers in Minn. and Wiscn. He has also served as president of Valley National Bank and vice president at Midway National Bank. He was also a vice president at First Bank Edina. In addition, he began his banking experience at Peoples Savings Bank & Trust Co., in Providence, R.I. where he served as assistant vice president. Weldon is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's National Commercial Lending Graduate School, where he received the designation of Certified Commercial Lender (CCL).
