What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2014? - Steve Murphy of Campanelli
Campanelli's most notable deal in 2014 was the purchase of Heritage Point (formerly 108 Myrtle St.) Heritage Point is the third building purchased by Campanelli in North Quincy in the past 18 months. Together the three buildings form an urban campus with exceptional water and city views known as Heritage Landing. The campus caters to tenants seeking value outside of downtown Boston while also providing Red Line T access, free parking and flexible space available for a variety of tenant requirements. Recently renovated amenities at Heritage Two, which can be accessed by all campus tenants, include downtown eatery Sebastians, a 4,000 s/f first-class fitness center and an 80-seat flexible conference center. The acquisition of Heritage Point now makes Campanelli one of the largest property owners in Quincy.
