What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2018? - by mayor Joseph Solomon

I’m proud of many initiatives that have taken place since I took office in May. We’ve ensured free access to our beaches, expanded our road paving program, and made improvements at our larger recreational facilities. I’ve restructured our finance/treasury department to improve efficiencies. I’ve also ended policies enacted by the previous administration that were costly to taxpayers, and continue to implement policy reforms that will make government more accountable and transparent to all who live and work here. We’ve welcomed many small businesses, regional and national companies and were recently named the 5th safest community in the nation.
