Our goal from the outset was to expand the footprint of our client-type. In 2018 we more than succeeded – conducting auctions for family owned businesses, non-profits, estates, investment groups, guardians, bankruptcy trustees, financial institutions, and individuals. We wanted to prove auctions aren’t just foreclosure or distress and we’re proud of our accomplishments.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
