• Best Rental Community;
• Best Interior Merchandising Model: Rental Community;
• Best Direct Mail Campaign: Community;
• Best Design for Outdoor Living; and
• Best Landscaping Design.
Outdoor amenities include putting green, fire pit, bocce, community garden, and playground. The lease up is a year ahead of schedule, with the 2 bedroom / 2 ½ bath with den units renting first.
