Whipple of Corvus Group leases 7,500 s/f
Tod Whipple, CCIM of the Corvus Group, on behalf of the 149 Pleasant St. building owner, leased 7,500 s/f of retail/office/warehouse/apartment space to three different tenants. The property, now 100% occupied, will be home to a used furniture store, a political campaign office for the N.H. Democratic Party and a resident in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.
