White and Burke of Boulos sell 127,058 s/f retail building - $11.5m

Newington, NH The 127,058 s/f retail building, former anchor for the Fox Run Mall, sold for $11.5 million. Kent White and Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company represented the seller, Seritage SRC Finance and worked with Atlantic Capital Partners as the listing brokers who also secured the buyers, UEP Second LLC and MVC Fox Run LLC.

The new ownership group is focused on the Northeast and continues to expand their presence in New Hampshire, investing in retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and student housing. This latest acquisition is located along Woodbury Ave., one of the Seacoast’s major retail corridors. Ownership has no immediate plans for the 12.93 acre property, however the asset has great redevelopment potential in the future.
