White of CBRE | Portsmouth leases 1,100 s/f at Plaza 800
According to CBRE | Portsmouth, the Drum Center of Portsmouth has expanded its location at Plaza 800 on Islington St. by 1,100 s/f. Shane Kinney, owner of The Drum Center of Portsmouth, opened in June of 2009. The Drum Center sells and services drums, cymbals, hardware, heads, sticks, and other percussion related accessories.
Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the landlord, Griffin Family Trust in the transaction.
