Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the seller, GMAC Leasing Corp. and David Choate of Grubb & Ellis | Northern New England represented the buyer, 156 Epping Road, LLC in the sale of 156 Epping Rd.
This 35,000 s/f former car dealership is on 6.73 acres and sold for $766,555.
The buyer intends to extensively rehab the building and relocate their business, AL's Automotive & Truck Service Center, from their downtown location.
