What trends are you seeing in your field this year? We’re seeing a continued compression of schedules, which changes the way we work. We are urging clients to get construction managers on board early in the process to help establish realistic budgets and manage long lead times. From a design standpoint, the line between residential/hospitality design and traditional corporate office design continues to blur.
