Who or what inspired you to join the construction industry? I’ve always enjoyed knowing how things work. I started my career in interior design, creating functional spaces and integrating the MEP systems. It was a natural progression from design to construction, integrating aesthetic appeal with constructability. My job involves creating systems to coordinate multiple-sized projects and parties so that our team is up-to-date, on-track and exceeding our client’s expectations. I find that having a background in both areas has changed my perspective of how buildings are built and has been a major advantage for me in my career.
