Wilder Companies awarded Wayside Commons leasing/management contract

The Wilder Companies has been awarded the leasing and management contract for Wayside Commons, an open-air shopping center. The contract was awarded by UBS Realty Investors of Hartford, Conn. Wayside Commons is a 195,100 s/f outdoor center located in one of Greater Boston's most affluent and densely populated retail hubs. It is home to one of only three full line, 30,000 s/f, signature L.L. Bean stores in Mass. as well a mix of unduplicated retailers in the trade area including Arhaus Furniture, Coldwater Creek, Eileen Fisher Company Store, Stellabella Toys and Capital Grille. Other merchants include LOFT, Jared, Carters and Not Your Average Joe's. The center opened in fall 2006.
