Wilder Companies leases 94,000 s/f to Bealls at LOOP West
According to The Wilder Companies, Bealls Department Store will open at LOOP West located on John Young and Osceola Pkwys.
LOOP West, along with adjacent center The LOOP, make up an 840,000 s/f shopping complex housing 14 specialty anchors and 55 shops, services and eateries. Anchors include Kohl's, JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Bed, Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoes, Regal Cinema and more.
The new Bealls store will be 94,000 s/f. It will incorporate the latest Bealls Department Stores prototype design, which features a Florida-inspired color scheme, updated store visuals, and contemporary floor and wall treatments. Opening is planned for this October.
There are leases and commitments on the remaining small shop space, bringing complex occupancy to 100%.
