Wilder Companies to manage and lease Shops at Valley Square and Somerset Square

The Wilder Companies has been awarded the leasing and management contracts for two new shopping centers: The Shops at Valley Square, an open-air, specialty shopping center in Warrington, Pa. and Somerset Square, a grocery anchored center in Glastonbury, Conn. Located in Bucks County, just north of Philadelphia, The Shops at Valley Square is part of a 140-acre mixed-use development that includes office, retail and residential. The 300,000 s/f center features specialty shops and fine dining options including P.F. Chang's, Banana Republic, LOFT, White House-Black Market, Jos. A. Bank, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and more. In addition, the property includes over 100,000 s/f of professional office space. Somerset Square is 112,000 s/f and features Stop and Shop, Barnes & Noble, Hallmark and J. Gilbert's Wood Fired Steaks and Seafood. It is in the heart of Glastonbury, a highly affluent suburb just eight miles southeast of Hartford, Connecticut's state capital.
