Witkiewicz of Advance Realty sells 4,800 s/f for $300,000 in Bristol

A 4,800 s/f commercial building located at 461 Broad St. has recently sold for $300,000. The retail building consists of two economic units and is located on a .50 acre lot. J. & A.M. Sokolowski were the sellers and Desmarais Properties, LLC was the purchaser. Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM of Advance Realty CT, LLC was the sole real estate broker in the transaction. Advance Realty, LLC will be representing the new owner in leasing the property.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
