A 4,800 s/f commercial building located at 461 Broad St. has recently sold for $300,000. The retail building consists of two economic units and is located on a .50 acre lot.
J. & A.M. Sokolowski were the sellers and Desmarais Properties, LLC was the purchaser.
Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM of Advance Realty CT, LLC was the sole real estate broker in the transaction. Advance Realty, LLC will be representing the new owner in leasing the property.
Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
