Workers Credit Union expands commercial lending team

Littleton, MA Workers Credit Union (WCU) is expanding its Commercial Lending team with the hiring of a new team member and the promotion of four existing Workers Credit Union employees. 

• Jessica Favreau of Worcester joined WCU as vice president, commercial lending officer. She has more than a decade of banking experience having served in a similar role at Dean Bank, Bay State Savings Bank, Clinton Savings Bank and UniBank for Savings. She earned an MBA from New England College of Business and a BS from Worcester State. She is involved in volunteer work in Central Massachusetts and currently serves as treasurer of the Worcester chapter of Girls on the Run, and West Boylstons Community Nursery School. She is also the current alumni president for Quinsigamond Community College.

• Kathleen Cote of Framingham has been promoted to vice president, small business development manager. She has been with WCU since 2021 and has more than 30 years of banking experience. She leads the SBA lending program and is an advocate for Autism acceptance and awareness. She attended the New England Banking Institute and is a graduate of the management development program. 

• John Decker of Lakeville has been promoted to vice president, senior commercial lending officer after joining WCU two years ago. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending and relationship management and has worked at Bank Five, Fleet Bank, GE Capital and Unibank for Savings. He is on the fundraising committee for Old Colony YMCA and is an alumni ambassador for Syracuse University where he holds a BA.

• Glenn Davis of Westminster was promoted to vice president, commercial lending officer after working at the credit union for nearly five years. His 20 years of commercial banking experience also includes previous roles at TD Bank, Northeast Community Bank, and Cambridge Trust Company. He graduated from New England College of Finance and is a volunteer financial literacy teacher for Launch Space Inc.

 • Alison Isaksen of Nashua, NH was promoted to vice president commercial lending officer after joining Workers Credit Union in 2024. Prior to that she worked at State Street Bank & Trust and Enterprise Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of New Hampshire and serves as treasurer on the Board of directors for Positive Street Art. 

• Catherine Comerford of Gardner has been promoted to assistant vice president, business banking development officer after four years with the credit union. She has prior experience at GFA Federal Credit Union and Fidelity Bank. She serves on the Health Alliance Guild Board of Leominster and also volunteers as a Little League coach in Gardner.
