WS Development adds Del Frisco's to Chestnut Hill Shopping Center
Del Frisco's has signed a lease joining recent restaurant additions, Shake Shack and Bernard's.

Del Frisco's Grille will be located on the second level of WS Development's corporate headquarters building, overlooking scenic Hammond Pond. It will be part of a new 64,000 s/f, three-story "jewel-box" building located at the center of the project.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
