WS Development adds Del Frisco's to Chestnut Hill Shopping Center

Del Frisco's has signed a lease joining recent restaurant additions, Shake Shack and Bernard's. "We've been focused on finding the right, high-quality food operators to serve this dense, high-income market," said Mark Roberts, SVP leasing, WS Development. "Del Frisco's is expert at catering to the refined, well-traveled customer. We're excited to welcome Del Frisco's to Chestnut Hill." Del Frisco's Grille will be located on the second level of WS Development's corporate headquarters building, overlooking scenic Hammond Pond. It will be part of a new 64,000 s/f, three-story "jewel-box" building located at the center of the project.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
