WS Development signs Sephora to The Shoppes at Farmington Valley
According to WS Development, Sephora has signed a lease to join The Shoppes at Farmington Valley.
Sephora's unique, open-sell environment features over 250 classic and emerging brands across a broad range of product categories including skincare, color, fragrance, makeup, and bath & body, in addition to Sephora's own private label. A division of Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), Sephora operates approximately 515 stores in 14 countries worldwide.
Opened in 2004, The Shoppes at Farmington Valley has become the preeminent shopping experience in the region, offering a unique blend of specialty stores, restaurants and nationally known retailers. At The Shoppes at Farmington Valley, Sephora joins an exciting lineup of tenants, including: J. Crew, Ann Taylor LOFT and Barnes & Noble.
Lee, NH William Peck of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling $7.145 million. The Mast Road Portfolio, a 30-unit multi-family portfolio, sold for $5.12 million and 72 Oak St.
