The building is owned by Jorich Real Estate, LLC. The transaction was brokered by Craig Young, CCIM, partner and Charles Day of CBRE/Boulos The Law Office of John Branson, P.A. and Randall Law Office, P.A., have leased a 1,541 s/f office suite at 482 Congress St. in Portland. This lease was brokered on behalf of the landlord, 482 Congress, LP, and the tenant by Justin Lamontagne, of CBRE/Boulos. Allies, Inc. has leased a 1,800 s/f office suite at 62 Elm St. at the Bayside Complex in Portland. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Bayside l, LLC, and tenant by Lamontagne. Color Me Mine of Southern Maine has leased 1,866 s/f of retail space at 245 Commercial St. in Portland from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Company.
