Orange, CT Scott Zakos associate commercial real estate broker of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC has arranged the sale of Contempo Square, located at 200 Boston Post Rd. Described as a 23,500 s/f multi tenanted retail/office building on 1.98± acres. Known as the “miracle mile” section of the Boston Post Rd. the investment property was purchased by S. Boston Post Property LLC for $2.325 million. Originally built in 1986, this property has housed various retail, office and restaurants and will continue to serve the town.

Zakos also acted as a dual agent in the leasing of 2377 Main St. in Stratford to the LobsterCraft & take out restaurant. Stratford will be LobsterCraft’s fourth location with others in Block Island and Florida. Terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed in this transaction.
