Zannotti and Savoie of Consigli earn LEED AP

Two members of Consigli Construction Co., Inc's staff became LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professionals (AP), brining the total amount of LEED APs on Consigli's staff to 14.
Stacy Zannotti, project manager, and Jeff Savoie, M/E/P coordinator, both passed their certification. LEED APs are expected to have a thorough understanding of green building practices, and must posses the following knowledge: building industry knowledge and tenure in green building; familiarity with documentation process for LEED project; knowledge of LEED credit intents, requirements, submittals, technologies and strategies within your discipline; practical experience working with multiple design disciplines; understanding of life-cycle costs and benefits of LEED; familiarity with LEED resources and processes.
Consigli, a leader in environmental construction, currently has close to twenty LEED projects either certified or registered and awaiting certification, including several SPiRiT (the Army's version of LEED) projects.
