Cardente Real Estate brokers 5,000 s/f lease to Beale St. Barbeque
According to Cardente Real Estate, Beale St. Barbeque has leased 5,000 s/f of space at 725 Broadway.
They opened at this new location in January. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, LBM Associates, Inc. by Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate.
